Wehrmann Furniture was first established in 1946 near Hamburg, Germany, by Ole Wehrmann. The family moved to Hamilton, Ontario in 1956 where the business continued to develop. In 1970, the Wehrmann family moved to Huntsville, Ontario where the current studio and showroom is located today. Wehrmann Furniture is now in the second generation and is still providing quality craftsmanship using time honoured woodworking methods.

At the Wehrmann Furniture studio, we custom design and build a variety of home furnishings and gift items. All pieces are handcrafted from start to finish right here in the shop. Nestled in a rural setting 5km from downtown Huntsville you can view furniture being made and browse through our showroom of superior quality items made from a variety of woods.

We have furnished many homes and cottages in the Lake of Bays and Muskoka area for nearly 40 years. All of our pieces are custom designed to meet your specific needs. Although pine is still the most popular material, your furniture can be fashioned from an assortment of woods, and choose from the many finishes, colours and styles available.
